Unable to see drop down menu in RMS

Problem:

Drop downs are unaccessible

Windows within RMS are cut out

Solution:

Changing the display settings to default view.

This is achieved by right clicking on the desktop
Display Settings
Ensure Scale and Layout are set to 100% (default)
