Local Printers not Showing in ESP via Parallels
When a connection is slow, sometimes Parallels does not capture all of the local printers.
The Solution is to turn off Printer Caching in Parallels.
This will make the startup at the beginning of the day slightly slower as it forces Parallels to rescan all printers before launching, but it ensures all printers get captured.
Open Parallels.
Go to the Tools Menu and Choose Options
Click On the Tab for Advanced Settings
Scroll down the list and find "Cache printers hardware information"
Uncheck the box
Click OK
Go to the Sessions menu and choose Log Off
(If Log Off is greyed out, you are already logged off and do not need this step)
Log in and Connect
You should now be able to find all printers under Select Printers in ESP
